A $50 deposit is required after your appointment is approved.

Liability Waiver

Read and accept this waiver before submitting a booking request. Your typed name is treated as your electronic signature.

I certify that I am the owner of the vehicle or have full authority from the owner to authorize dyno testing, tuning, inspection, and related work.
I understand that dyno testing and tuning requires operating the vehicle under high load, high RPM, heat, wheel speed, and stress that can reveal, worsen, or cause mechanical, electrical, drivetrain, tire, wheel, brake, fuel system, cooling system, engine, transmission, differential, or other component failure.
I understand that modified, boosted, nitrous, ethanol, high-mileage, poorly maintained, previously tuned, or unknown-condition vehicles carry additional risk, and that existing or hidden issues may not be visible before the appointment.
I confirm the vehicle is mechanically ready for dyno operation, has safe tires and wheels, proper fluids, no known unsafe leaks, a secured battery, and accurate fuel for the requested tune.
I agree that I am responsible for disclosing the complete modification list, fuel type, power-adder setup, ECU/tuning history, known issues, and any parts or conditions that may affect safe dyno operation.
I authorize HP Tuning and Horspwr Fabrication LLC to operate the vehicle on the dyno, perform pulls, log data, make tuning changes when applicable, and stop or refuse work at the tuner's discretion.
I understand no street tuning is offered, and all tuning requests are accepted and performed at the tuner's discretion.
I understand HP Tuning does not guarantee horsepower numbers, drivability results, emissions compliance, racing results, part durability, or that the vehicle will be free from future mechanical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless HP Tuning, Horspwr Fabrication LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and property representatives from claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses related to vehicle damage, mechanical failure, personal injury, downtime, lost use, towing, parts, labor, or other losses connected to dyno testing, tuning, inspection, or related services, except where prohibited by law.
I accept responsibility for cleanup costs, shop/property damage, unsafe vehicle conditions, towing, transport, repairs, parts, labor, and any additional diagnostic or tuning time caused by the vehicle's condition or setup.
I understand the shop may stop work, decline tuning, or require repairs if the vehicle is unsafe, not ready, leaking, misfiring, detonating, overheating, losing fuel pressure, showing mechanical issues, or otherwise unsuitable for dyno operation.
I agree that my typed name and submitted booking request are intended as my electronic signature and acceptance of this liability waiver.
